Years ago, I had an idea for an app that would make my teaching workflow easier. I wanted something that would replace the analog manuscript notebooks that my students would bring to lessons with something digital.
The manuscript books were great for some things; they were easy to write in (both for text and notation), kept everything in one place, were easily transportable, etc. But, they had some downfalls too: a student could forget the book, sheet music was often separate loose sheets, I could include any multimedia like audio or video, and worst of all, if we did a lesson online, only the student or I could have the notebook, making it hard to keep our notes in sync.
So, I created LessonKeeper — a digital lesson notebook that makes it easy to stay in-sync with students. Visit lessonkeeper.app for more information!
