Teaching
I teach saxophone, clarinet, flute, composition, and jazz improvisation to students of all ages and abilities. Lessons are given at either Cadenza Academy in SE Portland or at the student’s household.
I’ve taught in Oregon, Washington, and New York in venues ranging from elementary schools, to private studios, to summer workshops. I believe music education is an important component to a person’s general knowledge and important to our culture and society.
